Jake Paul has insisted he will meet KSI in the middle for their YouTube showdown.

Paul is currently preparing to face heavyweight legend Mike Tyson on November 15, in his latest step as he plans to continue to assert his name in the boxing world.

But a fight that fans have clamoured to see is Paul face his YouTube rival KSI, given the pair have been involved in a bitter dispute since they entered the influencer boxing world.

A fight currently looks further away than ever, given the American has bulked up to around 230lbs to meet the heavyweight limit to face Tyson.

His rival, ‘The Nightmare’, is used to fighting at around the 180lbs limit during his career, and there is a significant deficit between the pair.

But Paul has now made a final plea to make the fight, suggesting a catchweight of 192.5lbs.

He said on his podcast: “I think it is an excuse not to fight me [releasing music].

“He’s hiding behind it, the middle between 185lbs and 200lbs.

“I’d go to 192.5lbs. There you go KSI. That’s the meet in the middle, and I’d have to die to get there.

“I could get there I think, there you have it KSI. You didn’t want to budge, I didn’t want to budge.

“192.5lbs and that’s my final final offer. He’s probably just going to say, ‘I’m focused on my music career.’”

“There is my compromise and that’s that let’s see what happens.”

Paul and KSI originally agreed to a winner-takes-all clash at Wembley Stadium in 2023.

But the fight broke down with the pair instead both fighting and losing to Tommy Fury.

Paul is focused on his own endeavours, fighting Tyson before a planned MMA debut.

KSI is currently injured and is not expected to return until midway through next year.

The Briton’s manager Mams Taylor insists the fight may never happen.

He told talkSPORT.com: “We will not be succumbing to all of their demands, and he isn’t a fighter who needs to fight Jake Paul.

“So we won’t give up weight and agree to stipulations that give Jake an advantage.

“We won’t be trodden on. Neither fighter needs each other and I think Jake is continuing to milk his facade of wanting to become a world champion.

“I genuinely with all my heart believe they don’t want the KSI fight. Because I think KSI exposes Jake.

“I can tell you this, KSI would be Jake Paul’s kryptonite and there is no way Jake Paul beats him.

“I really don’t believe that fight happens, it will not be all on their terms.”
