Jake Paul has signed former UFC bantamweight champion Holly Holm to Most Valuable Promotions (MVP).
Holm joins MVP’s stacked female roster one week after British titans Chantelle Cameron and Savannah Marshall penned deals with Paul’s promotional outfit.

MVP had already locked undisputed super featherweight queen Alycia Baumgardner and future first ballot Hall of Famer Amanda Serrano to long-term deals.
The signing of Holm further cements the company’s position as a powerhouse of women’s boxing.
“I’m excited to partner with Most Valuable Promotions and return to the boxing ring,” said Holm.
“This new chapter is going to be an exciting journey, and I’m looking forward to the challenge.
“Coming full circle back to boxing- I’ve spent most of my MMA career at 135 pounds, and now I have the opportunity to make my boxing debut at that weight.
“With boxing titles in three higher weight classes under my belt, I’m eager to pursue a fourth title in a new division.”
Holm will make her debut under the MVP banner against undefeated Mexican Yolanda Vega on the Jake Paul vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr undercard on June 28 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
She is no stranger to the squared circle, having competed in 38 pro boxing bouts (33-2-3) before transitioning to MMA.
During an impressive gloved career, Holm won world titles in three separate weight classes from super lightweight to super welterweight.
Her last boxing bout came back in 2013 when she defeated Mary McGee on points.

Two years later, she signed with the UFC and went on to be crowned 135lbs champion after knocking out Ronda Rousey with a vicious headkick.
She dropped the belt in her first defence against Miesha Tate and continued to trade wins and losses with the divisional elite up until January 2025, when she parted ways with MMA’s premier promotion following defeat to Kayla Harrison.
“Holly Holm is the most dominant two-sport athlete in history—period,” said Nakisa Bidarian, co-founder of MVP.
“Her accomplishments in both boxing and MMA are unmatched, and we’re honoured to welcome her to Most Valuable Promotions.
“I remember when Holly shocked the world by knocking out Ronda Rousey, and I have no doubt she has the ability to shock the world again in her quest to become a boxing world champion once more.
“But Yolanda is a proud Mexican fighter and has her own plans, which is why she has signed a multi-fight contract with MVP. Signing both Holly Holm and Yolanda Vega reflects our commitment to building the biggest platform in the world for women’s boxing.
“With Jake Paul vs. Julio César Chávez Jr. headlining and Holm vs. Vega on the card, Saturday, June 28 is going to be one of the most entertaining events of the year.”
