Kenya Premier League entity Nairobi City Stars Football Club has completed the signing of Ugandan midfielder-cum-forward James Ssemambo.
Ssemambo joined Nairobi City Stars from Burundi’s Bumamuru Football Club.
He will don shirt 26, joining other midfielders as Sven Yidah, Elvis Noor Ojiambo, Clifford Ouma, Vincent Owino, Brian Mzee and Abuyeka Kubasu.

Meanwhile, the “Simba Wa Nairobi” also named the full squad for the 2024-2025 season squad.
Other new Ugandans in Kenya:
Chris Akena joined Gor Mahia from Greece’s Apollon Pontou. Pius Mzee Wangi joined Kakemega Home Boyz from Mbarara City, Alfred Leku was captured from Kiyovu Sports, Sam Kintu moved to Shabana from Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF).
Tusker secured left back George Kaddu and forward Boban Zirintusa from Wakiso Giants and Biashara United respectively.
