Jesse Lingard was on the receiving end of some ‘Korean s***housery’ after his side conceded a late goal on Saturday.

The former Manchester United star is playing for FC Seoul out in the Korean K League 1, and played in their recent 3-2 defeat to Daejeon Hana Citizen.

Lingard – who has never been shy of pulling out unique celebrations – did this on Saturday

The ex-West Ham loanee had promised to do the dooly celebration after his next goal while appearing on a talk show recently.

And he followed through with his promise as he bagged the equaliser for his side to bring the game back to 2-2.

He fired into the bottom left corner from just inside the area, before bringing out the move, which is based on a cartoon character.

However, his vow to do the dooly came back to bite him when FC Seoul conceded in the 83rd minute.

The goalscorer Kim Hyeon-Ug pulled out the same celebration Lingard did, appearing to mock the former Red Devils man.

Fans on X noted the move, with one writing: “Didn’t know the Koreans had this amount of s***house.”

Another simply said: “Lingard never change.”

Lingard has hit form with FC Seoul lately.

He’s fired in four goals in his last nine league appearances for the South Korean outfit.

Each of the previous three goals had pushed FC Seoul to go on and win.

His opponent copied his dance move

He even had the chance to bag a winner himself.

But that was not the case in the end on Saturday.

The 31-year-old has been playing out in East Asia since February after being released by Nottingham Forest the summer before.

He originally had a slow start in before suffering a knee injury which required him to have surgery.

The former England international has since made 18 appearances for his new club in total.

They sit fifth in the league.
