Jose Mourinho couldn’t believe his eyes after watching Andre Onana deny his side with a spectacular double save.
Onana was between the sticks for Manchester United as they travelled to face Fenerbahce in the Europa League on Thursday night.

In a game where the Turkish side offered more than their fair share of threat, the Cameroonian goalkeeper was very much in control as he kept Fenerbahce at arm’s length.
That included a moment in the first half when Youssef En-Nesyri stooped down low to meet a whipped cross from the left as the Turkish side looked to pile on the pressure.
Onana reacted quickly and got down low to parry the ball away and stop it nestling in the bottom corner.
The ball then fell to Dusan Tadic who cut the ball back for En-Nesyri again.
This time the forward planted a firm header towards goal only for Onana to get a strong palm to tip it over the crossbar.
While Man United’s players celebrated with the 28-year-old following his stunning contribution, Mourinho couldn’t believe his eyes.
Watching the action unfold, a replay showed Mourinho putting his head in his hands, before pulling them away and smiling with a look of disbelief on his face.
En-Nesyri is a familiar face to Man United fans having been the man to knock them out of the Europa League quarter finals in April 2023 during his time with Sevilla.
He famously forced a howler from David De Gea, but this time, it was the current Red Devils’ goalkeeper who came out on top.
Onana’s double save ensured that Man United went in 1-0 up at the break following Christian Eriksen’s well-taken early effort.

Eriksen’s strike was his fifth goal of the season in all competitions and his fourth goal involvement in the Europa League.
Unfortunately for Man United, En-Nesryi did find the net with a good header early in the second half to make it 1-1.
Mourinho’s involvement in the drama wasn’t done yet though, as he was sent to the stands after appealing a penalty that wasn’t given for his team.
But while both teams pushed for a win, the match ended in a draw.
