Jose Mourinho was left flat on his face after celebrating Fenerbahce’s last-gasp winner on Sunday.
The legendary manager fell over whilst attempting a knee slide, with his hilarious mishap caught on camera.
It comes after the former Chelsea boss was wiped out in training by one of his own players earlier in the week.
Fenerbahce came from behind to win 3-2 at Trabzonspor, scoring in the 12th minute of stoppage time to snatch all three points.
Both Fred and Edin Dzeko were on the scoresheet for Mourinho’s side, but it was another former Manchester-based player who bagged the winner.
Sofyan Amrabat scored right at the death to cue chaotic scenes on the touchline.
Coaches and substitutes ran onto the pitch in celebration, with Mourinho also sprinting forward.
However, he tumbled to the ground as he attempted to knee slide across the turf.
He was then quickly mobbed by players and staff on the pitch at Papara Park in Trabzon.
The dramatic win means Fenerbahce sit second in the table after ten matches, five points adrift of leaders Galatasaray.
Their city rivals remain the only side to beat them in the league this season.
Mourinho took over in Istanbul during the summer, penning a two-year deal through to 2026.
He has now won ten of his 17 matches at the helm, avoiding defeat in each of his last seven.
Those matches include a draw at home to former club Manchester United in the Europa League last month.
The match is better remembered for him being sent off following his protests against a decision to not give his side a penalty as well as his explosive post-match interview.
