Ryan Kent is searching for a new club after his Fenerbahce contract was terminated just 16 months into a four-year deal.
The ex-Liverpool forward joined the Turkish Super Lig outfit from Rangers in the summer of 2023 but struggled to hold down a first-team spot during his first season.

Jose Mourinho’s arrival as manager this summer has done little to change Kent’s situation.
After falling further down the pecking order under the Portuguese and his failure to secure a move away during the transfer window, Fenerbahce have now agreed to mutually rip up his contract.
A club statement read: “The contract with Ryan Kent, one of the Professional Football A Team players, has been terminated by mutual agreement. We present it to the public.”
Kent’s impending availability is likely to put a number of clubs on red alert including former side Rangers.
Gers boss Philippe Clement has not had the opportunity to work with Kent but the opportunity to dip into the free market to bring back a fan favourite could tempt the Belgian to act quickly.
Rangers are in need of extra bodies in attack with Cyriel Dessers the only recognised striker at the club alongside Hamza Igamane, while Danilo is still recovering from injury.
Kent appeared destined to leave Fenerbahce last January but a switch to Serie A club Lazio collapsed late in the window.
Reports claim Mourinho was annoyed with Kent’s refusal to leave the club this summer, turning down multiple offers from European clubs, including one from England.
The 27-year-old signed for Rangers from Liverpool in 2018 on an initial loan deal before the Scottish giants splashed £6.5million to secure his services on a permanent basis.
He netted 33 times in 218 matches and helped lead Rangers to Premiership and Scottish Cup success.
