Josh Allen accomplished something no one else in NFL history ever has.
The Buffalo Bills may have come up short against the Los Angeles Rams, 44-42, but it wasn’t Allen’s fault.

The Buffalo franchise quarterback had the first ever 3×3 game in NFL history.
Allen recorded three passing and three rushing touchdowns.
He finished the game 22-37 for 342 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions, to go along with his three rushing scores.
In doing so, Allen had the highest scoring single day ever by a fantasy quarterback with 51.88 fantasy points.
Allen, along with Saquon Barkley and Lamar Jackson, are perceived to be the top three candidates for MVP.
It is hard to envision how the Bills ended up losing the game, despite Allen’s historic day.
Tom Brady may have answer as to what led to Buffalo’s defeat.
The Bills dropped to 10-3, while having already clinched the AFC East, they have their eyes set on the one seed in the AFC.
A spot that is currently occupied by the two-time defending champion, Kansas City Chiefs.
However, Buffalo beat Kansas City earlier this season thus owning the tie-breaker, if they were to have identical records at the end of the year.
Allen is having one of the best seasons on his career[/caption]
After having traded superstar wide receiver Stefon Diggs before the season, a lot of skeptics were weary of how Allen would perform.
Those questions have long been asked and answered.
He is better than ever.
Allen and the Bills have done just about everything you can accomplish when it comes to the regular season.
Winning the MVP would be the feather in Allen’s cap, but it’s no secret that the Lombardi Trophy is at the top of his mind.
To get there, they will more likely than not have to go through Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.
Something that has been their Achilles heel in the postseason.
Allen can put up all the video game numbers he wants, but if he doesn’t get over the hump this year, then it may never come.
He’s as talented as any quarterback in the league, and his performance against the Rams was another reminder at that.
It’s going to be on his shoulders, if he can carry this franchise to their first ever Super Bowl win.
