Match day 12 of the 2024-2025 Finance Trust Women super league climaxed on Sunday, 2nd February 2025 with three matches.

Table leaders Kampala Queens and former winners She Corporate won their respective games on the day.

Kampala Queens women football club overcame Uganda Martyrs 1-0 at the St Geralds playground in Lubaga.

Peace Muduwa scored the all-important goal in the 39th minute during the morning duel.

Kampala Queens now has 28 points, three better than second placed Kawempe Muslim.

Away in Jinja city, She Corporate overcame Masindi based Lady Doves 1-0 with Jesca Namanda on target.

Meanwhile, the She Maroons and Olila High School duel at the lake side Luzira prisons stadium produced no goal per side.

Saturday’s action had witnessed Amus College women and Tooro Queens triumph in their respective matches on the road.

Tooro Queens beat a 10-man Rines SS 2-1 at the Kabaka Kyabaggu stadium in Wakiso.

Mary Kabaculezi and Imelda Kasemire scored for Tooro Queens with Patricia Nanyanzi scoring Rines’ only goal.

At the St Mary’s Stadium Kitende, Amus College edged Wakiso Hill 1-0 with Edinah Wanda scoring the all-important goal.

“We are glad to have worked as a unit to record this away win. We shall remain as hardworking as possible to keep up the pace” Faridah Bulega, head coach of Amus College revealed after the match.

Makerere University and Kawempe Muslim teams shared the spoils in a non-scoring stalemate at the Makerere University playground.

The league is financed by Finance Trust Bank.
