Kitara make a long trip to Luzira to face Maroons desperate to keep their newfound form.
The visitors come into the game on the back of three matches that have seen them score over ten goals and conceded none.
Wasswa Bbosa’s men are 13th on the table with 11 points and understand that victory over the Prison Warders will take them more points above the relegation zone.
In Maroons, they face a side that has found decent form as they are unbeaten in the last four matches.
In that period, the Warders have won at home against URA and away to Soltilo Bright Stars and Mbarara City.
Currently 7th on the table, a win will take them to 19 points, same as third and fourth placed Express and KCCA.
Last season’s corresponding fixture ended in a goalless draw at Luzira but Maroons had edged the first-round clash 1-0 in Masindi.
Elsewhere on Thursday, Lugazi host Mbarara City eager to extend their current unbeaten streak.
