A Liverpool legend has appeared unrecognisable as he celebrates his birthday.
The former Reds midfielder turned 51 on Sunday and shared a snap to social media to mark the occassion.

However, his appearance was a world away from the long brown hair he sported at Anfield between 1996 and 2003.
He sported bedhead, glasses and a greying beard as he frowned at his birthday cake.
Meanwhile, he accompanied the post with a grinning emoji.
As a player, the Liverpool hero won five trophies during his time on Merseyside, including both the UEFA Cup and FA Cup.
He also featured for both Portsmouth and Aston Villa in the Premier League, making 229 appearances in the top flight.
Across those matches, the former international scored 38 goals and provided 29 assists.
Still not guessed who it is? The birthday boy is none other than ex-Czech Republic star Patrik Berger.
It is not the first time he has stunned fans with his appearance since hanging up his boots.
Berger flaunted a pair of arm sleeve tattoos as he posed for the camera with his partner Jaroslava last year.
The 51-year-old enjoyed a romantic day out with his other half before revealing his greying look to fans on social media.
As well as his time in England, Berger also played for Slavia Prague, Borussia Dortmund and Sparta Prague during his career.
He also scored 18 goals in 42 caps for his country, appearing at both Euro 1996 and Euro 2000.
Berger retired in 2010 aged 37 after winning the Czech title with Sparta.
