Darts prodigy Luke Littler’s meteoric rise shows no signs of letting up after moving into a new luxury five-bedroom detached pad.

Littler has taken full advantage of his newfound wealth by upgrading his surroundings, albeit down the road from his previous family home.

The 17-year-old is renting the apartment in a small village around 25 minutes away from his old residence, and he won’t be living alone.

According to the Mirror, the teenager has moved his parents in with him, leaving behind their two-bedroom semi worth £180,000.

Littler has signed a year’s lease on the property which will set him back a cool £6,000-a-month.

The pad contains a swimming pool, sizeable garden and a whopping six bathrooms.

The World Series winner took to Instagram and posted a picture from his newly acquired pool whilst watching football on a big screen, alongside the caption: “Super Sunday.”

Parents Anthony Buckley and Lisa Littler appear to be enjoying the new property too as they shared pics of themselves in the pool on social media.

It appears the locals are ready to welcome Littler to the area with one pub boss inviting the teenage sensation in for a game of darts.

“He’d be more than welcome in the pub any time,” Lauren Gilchrist, Deputy Manager of the Cat and Lion pub told the Mirror: “We get a lot of young people coming in now wanting to play darts because of Luke’s success and sometimes we get other professionals dart players coming in too.

“It’d be an interesting match to see Luke take some of them on in the pub but I think most of the punters would be scared to play against him!”

“Even though we don’t know him personally he only lives down the road and Warrington always comes together to support one of their own.”

As does Nala, the family’s pet dog

Lauren was referring to Littler’s breakout tournament last December when the relatively unknown youngster battled through to the final of the World Championships at Alexandra Palace.

Littler’s performances gripped the nation and with millions of viewers hooked on his unlikely journey to the final, the then 16-year-old came unstuck at the last hurdle, falling to Luke Humphries.

Since then, Littler has continued his incredible breakout year by winning multiple PDC events before landing the Premier League title in his first season.

He finished the season ranked first place in the World Series and joined Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list.

Littler is now worth an estimated £600,000 but has been tipped to become a millionaire by the time he turns 18 by PDC chairman Barry Hearn.

Hearn said: “I think it could be this year. I am pre-judging his performances, but I’d be surprised if he didn’t to be honest with you.

“There are darts players out there already earning well over £1m – £2m per year as it is. That is where the sport has got to… for Luke and the sport, it is just the beginning.”
