Maroons could complete their maiden double over Bright Stars if they manage a victory on Wednesday at Luzira.
The hosts come into the game feeling more confident after a decent showing in the first round that saw them end in the 6th position with 22 points.
This is contrary to Bright Stars who collected only 10 points and sit second from bottom on the table.
In the reverse fixture at Kavumba, Fredrick Kigozi goal midway the second half decided the tie.
The visitors kick start the second stanza of the season without both Marvin Youngman and Ashraf Mulindi who left for Vipers and Villa in the January window and this leaves senior players Nelson Ssenkatuka, Warren Buule and Andrew Kyambadde among others with the onus to lift the team.
