Luke Littler rampaged to another Premier League victory, on a night when a mind-blowing stat about him emerged.
Littler was in sensational form again on night eight of the Premier League in Newcastle, as beat Stephen Bunting, Rob Cross and then world no.1 Luke Humphries in the final.

The records have continued to tumble for ‘The Nuke’ who is defending his Premier League crown in sensational fashion.
But in the semi-final against Cross, a barely believable stat emerged summing up just how incredible Littler’s Premier League campaign has been so far.
He pinned the 100th maximum [180] in the match, reaching the feat after just eight weeks.
And incredibly, he reached the landmark before any of his rivals had even taken their tally to 50, with Luke Humphries the closest on 45.
Littler carries remarkable scoring power and that saw him to the finish line once again in Newcastle.
He won his third consecutive night, beating famous rival and world Humphries 6-1 in the final.
It was his fourth nightly win, and his third in a row to go eight points clear at the top of the Premier League standings.
His statistics are barely believable, and he seems in simply irresistible form at the oche.
And he believes that he can break even more records as he continues his seemingly routine march to the Premier League play-offs.
He said after his victory over Humphries: “It’s another week. More points on the board, another nightly win.

“I said to Luke I don’t know how we played that game we’re both tired.
“That’s what happens when you have to play three games in a night. I dug myself over the line.
“As a player, you should always be playing against the board. When I’m playing like I am now, they are playing me.
“I got to the bottom of the stairs and was tired, didn’t want to come up here but I got over the line.”
