Nathan Aspinall burst out laughing mid-throw during his match with friend Luke Littler.
Aspinall is a real character on the PDC tour but was forced to get down to business as he faced a huge quarter final clash with friend Littler at Alexandra Palace.

The pair were vying for a place in the semi-finals and a step closer to the Sid Waddell trophy, but it could be forgiven if the pair were in a jovial mood.
And the tungsten magic started at a seriously impressive rate as Littler raced into an early 2-0 set lead.
But Aspinall forced a comeback and matched his foe for one day at stride for stride.
In the second leg of the fourth set, the pair started at an incredible rate as they both hit 180’s in their opening three darts.
Naturally the crowd were baying for the perfect leg to land, and the atmosphere ramped up in the iconic venue.
Aspinall was first to step up for his second three darts and pinned the first treble, which was met by a huge cheer.
But as he went to throw his next dart, he visibly burst out laughing clearly shocked at the leg that was unfolding.
He stepped away from the oche halting the match, and sharing a giggle with his friend and opponent on stage.
Unfortunately it halted his progress to the remarkable feat as he missed the treble, before hitting treble one.
He swatted his wrist as if to gesture that his darts were not what he wanted, and the crowd booed comically.

But the popular pair were really putting on a show and the fans were loving it.
One wrote: “Luke Littler and Nathan Aspinall both on nine-darters in a World Championship quarter-final and the Asp is just laughing haha.”
Another complimented: “Big fan of Luke the Nuke, but what a great sportsman and nice guy Nathan Aspinall is.
A fan agreed: “That was a lovely moment from Aspinall. There is so much fun in these players.”
While one continued: “These guys are making it so interesting.”
Littler went on to add another three perfect darts reaching the final throw.
The quarter final was played in fantastic spirits and was a treat for fans[/caption]
But unfortunately he missed the first treble 20 which again drew boos from the crowd before applause.
It isn’t the first time in the match they got heavily involved either, as Aspinall previously asked the crowd if they wanted a maximum 180.
‘The Asp’ was on a score of 181 and would have bust his score had he obliged, but he opted to go for a single number which drew loud cheers.
Again he saw the funny side and it was one of many during the match, which was played in great spirits.
It was Littler who was the eventual victor picking up a 5-2 victory over his friend Aspinall to book his place in the semi-final.
He is now two matches away from getting his hands on the Sid Waddell trophy with his route to the business end confirmed.
