Oleksandr Usyk entered his launch press conference with Tyson Fury dressed as the protagonist from the popular video game series ‘Hitman’.
The Ukrainian slickster wasn’t in a very talkative mood but stole the show with his outfit choice.
Usyk came dressed as Agent 47 for his launch press conference with FuryGETTY
Dressed in a black suit, with a red tie, black gloves and a briefcase befitting of Agent 47, a fictional contract killer, Usyk made his way to the top table at the Guildhall.
Despite choosing to don the outlandish new look, he wasn’t very keen to talk about it when Master of Ceremonies Dev Sahni quizzed him about it.
“Tell us about your new look,” said Sahni.
“I don’t know,” replied Usyk. “It’s just a character.”
He was also extremely evasive when it came to revealing his motivations for the rematch next month.
“What is my motivation?” the two-weight undisputed champion added.
“I don’t have motivation, only my regime, only concentration, that is my motivation. Enough.”
Asked if he needs to do anything differently in their second showdown, he bluntly replied: “No.”
Usyk then walked over to Fury and opened up his briefcase to reveal a picture of him dropping the Brit in the ninth round of their inaugural encounter in May.
Fury shouted: “I look like Shrek… nice one,” before taking a pen from Usyk and signing the poster.

“You will find it tomorrow on eBay,” quipped Usyk.
Poor Sahni didn’t get much out of Fury either, with the Brit also choosing to keep his cards close to his chest.
Asked if anything surprised him about their first fight, Fury replied: “Guess what, I don’t remember.”
“Do you have a message for Usyk?” asked the hopeful presenter.
“No,” answered Fury, wearing a wide grin on his face.
Sahni then posed the same question to Usyk. “Yes,” replied Usyk as the attendees burst out laughing.
A truly bizarre but hilarious press conference. Roll on December 21 in Riyadh.
