Entering Sunday’s AFC West grudge match, Mahomes had a .792 winning percentage [95-25 (80-22 in regular season, 15-3 in postseason)] as a starting quarterback in his first eight NFL seasons.
With the victory, Mahomes (81 wins) surpassed Pro Football Hall of Famer Peyton Manning (80 wins) and Ben Roethlisberger (80) for the third-most regular-season wins by a starting quarterback in his first eight seasons in NFL history.
Only Tom Brady (86 wins) and Russell Wilson (86) have more.
Mahomes (96 wins) also surpassed Steelers star Wilson (95 wins) for the second-most wins, including postseason, by a starting quarterback in his first eight seasons in NFL history.
The Chiefs man is slowly closing in on Brady who has 100 wins, including the postseason, in his first eight seasons in the NFL.
He still has a way to catch TB12’s Super Bowl haul, though. Mahomes has three Lombardi Trophies on his resume while Brady has a record seven.
Heading into Sunday’s game against Las Vegas, Mahomes ranked second among all players since entering the NFL in 2017 with 29,813 passing yards in 102 games.
With 262 passing yards against Maxx Crosby and the Silver & Black, he surpassed Matthew Stafford (109 games) as the fastest player to reach 30,000 career passing yards in NFL history.

Andy Reid‘s squad are absolutely rolling this season as they aim to become the first team in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls.
The defending, back-to-back champions are the only undefeated team left in the NFL this season.
They’re a perfect 7-0, creating yet more favorable history as Mahomes has won seven straight games to start an NFL season for the first time in his career.
With the victory against the Raiders, they’ve become only the seventh reigning Super Bowl champions to win each of their first seven games, joining the 2015 and 2019 New England Patriots, 2011 Green Bay Packers, 2007 Indianapolis Colts, 1998 Denver Broncos and 1990 San Francisco 49ers.
Next up for Mahomes and the Chiefs is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
