Pink Casino has been marketed as the UK’s first women-centred online casino, and it is owned and operated by the LeoVegas Group.
It would seem, however, that the focus on women doesn’t extend much past the branding and name, with the operator providing all of the same features as other top UK casino sites.
In this Pink Casino review, we are going to break down its game portfolio, its selection of bonuses, the overall customer experience, and more.
Pink Casino pros & cons
Pros:
- Generous welcome bonus.
- Slots from some of the best developers in the industry.
Strong live-casino section. - Good customer support options.
Cons:
- No loyalty program.
- Limited promotions for existing customers.
Welcome bonus at Pink Casino
Pink Casino does a great job of helping you settle in. The operator serves up a welcome bonus worth £150 with 50 free spins to give you a nice warm welcome. Players can claim a 100% bonus on their first deposit worth up to £150, with a minimum deposit of £10 needed. It then also provides 50 wager-free spins worth 10p each to be used on the popular Pragmatic Play slot, Big Bass Splash.
Of course, there are a few hoops you will need to jump through. The wagering requirements for the bonus are set at 35x the bonus amount. There is a three-day expiry on the bonus, and players must claim it within 7 days of signing up. You can only claim the bonus when you deposit using a Visa/Mastercard debit card.
This is a generous bonus, with the 50-wager-free spins definitely sweetening the deal. The requirements are fairly standard, though the three-day expiry does feel a little tight. You will need to make sure you have validated your account before you can claim a bonus.
No deposit bonuses at Pink Casino
Unfortunately, one area where Pink Casino falls behind some of its competitors is its promotions for existing customers. At the time of writing, its promotions page is extremely limited, with a progressive network jackpot being the only thing of any note.
The operator has run several holiday-themed promotions in the past, and these also tend to be network-based alongside other LeoVegas Group-operated sites. We recommend watching the Pink Casino social media pages to see if anything new is available.

Games at Pink Casino
You certainly won’t find yourself getting bored at Pink Casino. The operator works with some of the best developers in the industry, ensuring there is a variety of games available.
Slots
You will find old classics like Fishin Frenzy, Starburst, and Book of Dead, mixed in with more innovative modern titles like Nitropolis 4, Money Cart 3, and more.
Slots from the industry veterans like Play’n Go, Pragmatic Play, and Blueprint Gaming are matched by titles from newer kids on the block like Nolimit City and ELK Studios to provide a wonderfully diverse selection.
Live casino
Whenever you see Evolution and Pragmatic Play’s names when you open a live-casino portfolio, you know you’re in safe hands. The two providers are the standard-bearers when it comes to live casino software, and Pink Casino offers a strong selection of their products. As well as all of the classic casino games like live blackjack, poker, roulette, and baccarat, you can also try your luck in TV-show-style games like Monopoly Live and Crazy Time. Several live games based on slots, including Extra Chilli: Epic Spins and Sweet Bonanza Live are also available.
Progressive jackpots
There are plenty of chances to win big at Pink Casino. A section titled ‘Gigantic Jackpots’ features a progressive network jackpot spread across other LeoVegas-owned casinos. This features a plethora of top titles, including games like Relax Gaming’s Dead Riders Trail, ELK Studios’ Cygnus 2, and more. You will also find several classic progressive jackpot titles in the slot catalogue, including Mega Moolah titles and Divine Fortune.
Other games (bingo, scratchcards etc)
One part of the Pink Casino game catalogue we particularly enjoyed was the instant-win selection. A big reason for this was the range of Slingo games on offer. For those that don’t know, Slingo is a hybrid of slots and bingo, taking features from both to create a unique instant-win game experience. Games like Deal or No Deal Slingo and Rainbow Riches Slingo are great examples of this, and are both available here.
Outside of this, there is also a dedicated bingo section, which will please some players. There is a limited number of scratchcards available, but given everything else on offer, that is far from a deal-breaker.
How to deposit and withdraw money at Pink Casino
A casino can have as many games as it wants, but if you can’t get your money in and out easily enough, you will not want to play there. Luckily, Pink Casino manages to provide several options for banking.
The cashier options will be on the right-hand side of the game. Hitting the big deposit button will bring up several options:
- Visa/Mastercard
- PayPal
- Instant Transfer
For each of these, the deposit will be instant, with the minimum being £10 for each method. You will be able to deposit up to £35,000 with Visa/Mastercard and PayPal, and £10,000 with Instant Transfer.
The same methods can be used for withdrawals. The casino can take between 3-5 days to process your payment.
It should be noted that UK players cannot deposit and withdraw using credit cards as per UKGC regulations.
How to sign up for Pink Casino
Signing up with Pink Casino takes a matter of minutes, all you need to do is follow these steps:
- Click the ‘Join’ button on the left-hand side of the screen.
- This will open a registration form that you will need to complete.
- Enter your e-mail address, username, and password, making sure the password meets all of the requirements laid out by the operator.
- You will then need to enter some personal details, including your first name, last name, date of birth, and address.
- Be sure to claim the Pink Casino welcome bonus when signing up.
- Double-check your details and confirm.
- Your account is ready to use. You may be required to verify your identity at a later stage.
- Deposit funds, find your favourite slot, and have some fun.
How to contact Pink Casino customer support
The customer experience at Pink Casino was extremely useful. There are several methods you can use to contact them. Firstly, you will see a ‘help’ page on the side menu. Clicking this will help direct you to the Pink Casino Help Centre, an enhanced FAQ section that will help you with any smaller issues you are facing.
If you need to contact a member of the team directly, you can click the Help button in the bottom corner of the page. This will open up a contact form that you can fill in to speak to a member of the team. We found the team to be knowledgeable and quick to any of our queries.
Alternatively, if you do not need a quick response, then you can always send them an e-mail. Unfortunately, there is no option to ring them, though this isn’t too surprising, as operators are trending away from this method in general.
How to join Pink Casino’s VIP program
Unfortunately, Pink Casino does not have a VIP program. This was definitely one of the more disappointing aspects of our experience with the operator and we hope it is something that they will look to add in the future.
How does Pink Casino encourage responsible gambling?
Pink Casino puts plenty of emphasis on responsible gambling. The site has a responsible gambling page that is always easily accessed from the side menu. Here, customers will find links and phone numbers for essential resources like GambleAware and GamStop.
You will also find a list of services that the operator offers, including self-exclusion, deposit limits, and more. For further information, you can always reach out to the Pink Casino support team. In our experience, they were extremely responsive to any queries we had.
Would we play at Pink Casino?
Absolutely. Pink Casino has plenty to offer, with a strong selection of slots and live casino games backed up by a stylish design and a generous welcome bonus. From a customer experience perspective, Pink Casino ticks all the right boxes, with some good customer support options and plenty of responsible gambling resources.
The one area where we feel the site could improve is its promotions for existing customers, with none being available when we reviewed the casino. The same applies to a loyalty program, with the site having nothing to reward regular players. That said, this is still a very good online casino that we are happy to recommend.
