Premier League Darts Night 8 odds boosts:

Last Thursday saw Luke Littler extend his lead at the top of the Premier League table to six points, capitalising on second placed Luke Humphries’ quarter final loss to Michael van Gerwen by winning his in the next game and going on to win a third final of the season.

The 18-year-old reigning world and Premier League champion is in action first up in Newcastle on Thursday night, taking on Stephen Bunting, who sits rock bottom of the table and is still looking for his first win of the tournament after seven consecutive quarter final defeats.

Fourth placed Gerwyn Price takes on fifth placed Rob Cross in the second quarter final, the Welshman having won only three of his seven quarter finals but has gone on to win the final on two of those, while Cross has reached five semi finals without having progressed further.

World number one Luke Humphries is second placed in the standings with two nightly wins, but has lost each of his last three quarter finals ahead of his match against Chris Dobey on Thursday, who ended a run of five quarter final losses in a row last week with a 6-2 win over Bunting before a 6-1 defeat to van Gerwen in the last four.

The final quarter final of the night sees Michael van Gerwen, in third place in the table despite losing the only final he’s played in this season, up against Nathan Aspinall who finds himself in seventh, with two runs to the final but is yet to earn his first nightly win.
