Non-League outfit AFC Telford have appealed for help from fans after recent adverse weather left the pitch under water.
The seventh-tier club shared devastating pictures of the damage inflicted to their SEAH Stadium following the thunderstorms that have affected much of the country.

It’s the second time the club has suffered flood damage after a similar situation occurred in 2022 which saw fans give up their time to help clean up the mess.
AFC Telford have again appealed for fans to assist by asking them to arrive at the stadium on Friday to help start the lengthy recovery process.
It comes after the club, who compete in the Southern League Premier Division Central, posted a video of their pitch submerged under water, some of which had seeped into the stands.
The same can be said of the club’s car park which was also swamped by the flood waters.
One car was pictured in the car park, but luckily it was on slightly higher ground and backed against a fence.
The club’s gym also succumbed to the adverse conditions with water flooding the floor of the fitness suite.
Taking to X on Thursday night, Telford wrote: “This evening’s thunderstorm over Wellington has deluged the SEAH Stadium.
“If you are available tomorrow (Friday) from 9am onwards we’d welcome any help you could give to help us get things straightened up and dried out.”
The pictures make for difficult viewing for those helping out with the recovery process.

The task appears to be a difficult and lengthy journey, but not an insurmountable one having bounced back from similar destruction in the past.
Two years ago, 15 fans helped clean up the stadium, while a local firm deployed an industrial pump and vacuum to drain the water away.
The club shared an update on their situation on Friday, where they said: “The playing surface water has largely soaked in, but although it looks OK it is clearly sodden and unplayable.
“Our main issue will be to clean water out from areas where it is not supposed to be, such as the concourses.”
Telford’s woes come just one week after AFC Wimbledon’s Plough Lane pitch was damaged by heavy rain leading to the postponement of their midweek Carabao Cup clash against Newcastle.
A fan-led fundraiser for AFC Wimbledon’s pitch repairs has raised over £100,000 after a sinkhole destroyed a corner of the pitch.
The club revealed that 100,000 litres of water that had been flooding areas of the ground had been removed.
As a result, Wimbledon have announced they are unable to play host to Accrington Stanley in their League Two clash this weekend.
