Jake Paul has laid into Carl Froch after the former super middleweight world champion called him out to a fight.

Paul, 27, defeated 58-year-old Mike Tyson via unanimous decision on Friday night in an uneventful fight.

Both men appeared hesitant to let their hands go as they laboured to the finish line.

While Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor landed a combined 544 punches over their 10-round co-feature attraction, Paul and Tyson found a home for just 96 blows in eight rounds.

Most people felt the fight never should have happened due to the staggering 31-year age gap.

And one of the most vocal critics, Froch, came after Paul in the immediate aftermath.

“I will tie one arm behind my back and finish you for good,” Froch wrote on social media in a post directed at Paul.

But ‘The Problem Child’ shrugged off the callout in a scathing response: “F***ing sour loser [sic].

“Shut the f***up. I’ve done more in 4 years than you have in your life.

“First and last time I respond to your broke salty ass. Let me know if you want to wash my cars.”

Paul might not be interested in taking on Froch, but he is keen to box the current 168lbs king Canelo Alvarez.

“Canelo needs me, so I’m not even going to try and call him out,” Paul said post-fight.

“He knows he wants a payday. So, he knows where the money man is at…

“He’s going to want a payday and I want to show the world all the [stuff] I’ve been talking about beating Canelo is true and I’ll have the biggest upset in the history of boxing.

“We’ll fight to really see who is the face [of boxing] because, after this event, I’m going to be claiming it.”

Canelo has previously insisted he has no interest in squaring off with Paul.

The Mexican superstar is currently in possession of the WBC, WBA and WBO super middleweight titles and is focused on fighting world-ranked fighters not YouTubers.
