In his heyday, Stone Cold Steve Austin was one of the most destructive forces in sports entertainment.
The Texas Rattlesnake chugged countless beers inside the WWE ring, flipped off his fans and beat down just about anybody who stood in his way.

Alongside The Rock, Austin defined the Attitude Era with epic matches against ‘The People’s Champ’, as well as Triple H and Bret Hart, but it’s fair to say retirement has mellowed him out.
So much so, that he’s become an Instagram “cat dad”.
Posting on social media, Stone Cold chronicles the lives of his two feline friends, Pancho and Macho.
The pets live with him on Broken Skull Ranch in Nevada and are often seen causing chaos of their own.
In one update over the summer, the WWE legend informed his followers that he was rounding up the cats for bedtime, before Pancho made a daring escape.
“You little mother******, Pancho!” he laughed as he watched the fleeing feline, in a video that has been viewed nearly three million times.
Austin even ensures the pair are treated to annual haircuts, reminding his fans on a regular basis that he has some ‘handsome f***ing cats’.
Unsurprisingly, his pets have become stars of their own, with many followers living for the animal updates.
“I never thought retirement Steve Austin’s cats would be my favourite thing on the internet,” one fan wrote.
“The fact Austin is a cat guy warms my heart to no end,” another said, while a third joked: “Who would of thought Stone Cold was the crazy cat lady?”

Taking care of his cats isn’t the only thing the WWE Hall of Famer is doing these days.
He’s taken up a new career to ensure he still has the competitive edge that made him such a force in professional wrestling.
Austin has swapped the squared circle for side-by-side racing (SXS) and was named the Valley Off Road Racing Association’s “rookie of the year” soon after making his debut.
While he is most famous for his rivalries with The Rock, Vince McMahon and The Undertaker, Stone Cold’s main competition these days is a 14-year-old girl.
“I’m competing against, there’s people my age, but there’s also people that are half my age,” he explained last month.
“One of my arch rivals last year was a 14-year-old girl. She can drive her a** off. So when you’re born out there and you get that DNA in you, them kids are fast. It’s fun, it’s competitive and it gives me something to do.”
