Bet of the day

Germany to beat Bosnia and Herzegovina & both teams to score – 7/4

Germany boss Julian Nagelsmann has had to shuffle his pack for their trip to Bosnia with Leroy Sane, Jamal Musiala and Kai Havertz among a long list of absentees, but they should still have too much for their hosts, who have lost seven of their last eight matches.

There should be plenty of opportunities for some of Germany’s fringe players to make a big impression and Mainz forward Jonathan Burkardt is one to keep an eye on, as he has fired home five goals in six Bundesliga outings this season.

Expect the visitors to come through for the win, but Bosnia have scored in eight of their last 10 home games and can contribute, so take both teams to find the back of the net as well.

Special of the day

Accumulator – Under 2.5 goals in Estonia vs Azerbaijan, Netherlands to beat Hungary, Turkey to beat Montenegro, Both teams to score in Czech Republic vs Albania – 21/4

Four bets on Friday’s matches can be combined in an accumulator.

Azerbaijan have scored just four goals in their last six away matches, while hosts Estonia have failed to find the net in five of their last seven games at home, so go for under 2.5 goals in their Tallinn clash.

The Netherlands have scored at least twice in five of their last six games and they should have too much for Hungary, who failed to impress at the Euros despite being regarded by many as dark horses.

The Magyars have already lost 5-0 to Germany and could suffer another defeat in Budapest.

Montenegro have lost their last four matches, conceding at least twice on each occasion, and they look to be up against it when they face Turkey, who have won four of their last six outings and have triumphed in five of their last seven home games.

Then complete the bet by selecting both teams to score in the match between the Czech Republic and Albania.

Both teams have found the net in each of the Czech’s last nine games, while the same is true of four of Albania’s last six, so that trend looks likely to continue.

Long shot of the day

Georgia to beat Ukraine & both teams to score – 6/1

Georgia have won both of their Nations League matches and there is a strong chance they can come out on top in their game against Ukraine, which will take place in Poznan, Poland.

The Crusaders won a lot of fans at the Euros in Germany with their attacking football, beating Portugal in the group stage, while they should have nothing to fear against a Ukraine side that lost 2-1 in their last Nations League game, which took place in Prague, and have won just two of their last eight matches.

Both teams have scored in three of Ukraine’s last four and in five of Georgia’s last seven, so adding that element to a Georgia win could produce a big return.
