A huge Premier League clash takes place at Anfield on Sunday afternoon when Liverpool, top of the table heading into the weekend, take on fourth-placed Chelsea.
Arne Slot continues to impress in his debut campaign at Liverpool, who hold a one-point advantage over Manchester City and Arsenal, but Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea are just three points further in arrears and are in the title conversation.

Bet of the day – Over 3.5 goals @ 1/1
Meetings between these two sides in recent years have been low-scoring affairs, with nine of the last 11 clashes going under 2.5 goals, but a more attack-minded game is expected at Anfield on Sunday.
Visitors Chelsea have been one of the most entertaining teams to watch this season, scoring 16 goals and conceding eight in the league, while they have also netted 12 times and let in four in the cup competitions.
Over 3.5 goals has landed in four of the Blues’ last five assignments and a trip to Anfield to face Liverpool should increase the chances of that bet landing again.
There have been three or more goals in four of the Reds’ last six matches in all competitions and Sunday’s encounter promises to be a thrilling contest on Merseyside.
Special of the day – Bet Builder: Cole Palmer 1+ shots on target, Mohamed Salah 1+ shots on target & over 3.5 Chelsea cards boosted to 11/4 (from 23/10)
Cole Palmer has been in magnificent form for Chelsea – the England international scoring all four goals in the 4-2 win at Brighton in September to take his league tally to six – and he should be able to hit the target, something he has done 11 times in the top flight this term, at least once on Sunday.
Egypt international Mohamed Salah has also been racking up the attempts, with 15 of his 22 efforts ending up on target, and he can test the goalkeeper again on home soil.
January’s meeting between these two at Anfield turned out to be a feisty affair with six yellow cards dished out and it’s notable that four of those cautions went the way of Chelsea.
The Blues have picked up a league-high 27 yellows so far this season and over 3.5 cards for the visitors, who were shown six in the 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest last time out, looks a strong addition to this Bet Builder.
Long shot of the day – Noni Madueke to score first @ 21/2
Chelsea boss Maresca has shown a lot of faith in Noni Madueke, who has started six league games this season, and the England international has repaid the manager with four goals.
The 22-year-old’s performances are perhaps not picking up as much credit as they deserve, with Palmer regularly taking the headlines, but the former PSV ace is integral to the side.
Madueke will be fresh having played little for the Three Lions over the recent international break and he looks capable of grabbing the opening goal of the game for the first time this season.
