The international break offers a chance to assess some long-term betting markets, and Premier League leaders Liverpool are clear favourites to win the title after their stunning start to the season.
There is a congested look to the table behind the Reds, however, with just four points separating Chelsea in third and Manchester United in 13th.
We have picked out a couple of promising Premier League bets after the first 11 rounds of fixtures as well as a tempting season-long punt from League Two.

Premier League Straight Forecast – Liverpool/Arsenal @ 9/2
Liverpool were third-favourites for the Premier League at the start of the season but the Reds have won 15 of their first 17 matches in all competitions under new manager Arne Slot to move to the head of the market.
Their efforts since the October international break suggest they could be hard to dislodge from the top of the table as they have beaten Chelsea, Brighton and Aston Villa in the Premier League, while also drawing 2-2 away to Arsenal.
The Reds are five points clear of champions Manchester City, whose manager Pep Guardiola has lost four matches in a row for the first time in his coaching career.
The loss of Ballon d’Or winner Rodri to a season-ending knee injury is a huge blow for the Citizens and the Liverpool-Arsenal straight forecast is worth a bet.
The Gunners have not been at their best this season but they have had a tough run of fixtures, coming through away trips to five of last term’s top seven, and suffered costly red cards in their matches against Brighton, City and Bournemouth.
Martin Odegaard’s return to fitness is a big boost for Arsenal, who won 16 of their last 18 league games of last season and could emerge as the main threat to Slot’s Reds.
Premier League Top 6 Finish – Brighton @ 7/4
Brighton’s decision to appoint 31-year-old manager Fabian Hurzeler has been vindicated by a haul of 19 points from 11 games which has put them level with Chelsea and Arsenal in the table.
The Seagulls came from behind to stun champions City on Saturday, having also impressed in their 2-1 defeat to leaders Liverpool at Anfield the week prior.
Injuries and European exertions affected Brighton’s league form last season but they look equipped to challenge for a top-six finish this time around.
Teams such as Aston Villa, Tottenham and Manchester United are struggling for consistency and the Seagulls, who have already beaten Spurs, the Red Devils and Newcastle in 2024-25, look set for an exciting campaign.
League Two Top 3 Finish – MK Dons @ 5/2
After an 8-1 aggregate defeat to Crawley in last season’s League Two play-off semi-final, MK Dons made a sluggish start to the new campaign.
Manager Mike Williamson left for Carlisle in September but his successor Scott Lindsey, who led Crawley to promotion last term, has got the men from Milton Keynes back on track.
They have won their last four league matches and their only defeat in their last nine outings in the fourth tier came against early pace-setters Port Vale.
MK Dons played some excellent football in the division last season, finishing fourth behind powerful Stockport, Wrexham and Mansfield sides, and this may well be the right time to back them for a top-three finish and a return to League One.
