League One champions Birmingham suffered a crushing cup final defeat on Sunday – and Gabby Agbonlahor was in no mood for sympathy.
Blues saw their hopes of a league and cup double disappear as they were beaten 2-0 by Peterborough in the EFL Trophy final at Wembley on Sunday.

The club had been hoping to win the tournament for a third time after victories in 1991 and 1995.
Owner Tom Wagner and NFL icon Tom Brady, who owns a minority share in the club, were amongst those in attendance for the match.
However, Posh instead became the first club to lift the trophy in back-to-back seasons thanks to goals from Harley Mills and Hector Kyprianou.
Former Aston Villa striker Gabby Agbonlahor could not resist rubbing salt into the wounds of his old club’s bitter rivals.
The talkSPORT host took to Instagram Live following the final whistle on Sunday to mock the beaten Blues.
As he sipped from a mug, Agbonlahor joked: “What a game. What was the score? Have a good day,” before smiling and giving a thumbs up.
The 38-year-old spent his entire career at Villa Park after coming through the club’s academy.
In 391 first-team appearances for Villa, Agbonlahor scored 86 goals, including five strikes in the Second City derby.
Birmingham’s final loss came just five days after they were promoted back to the Championship.
Chris Davies’ side secured a 2-1 win at Peterborough on Tuesday to clinch their place in the second tier next season.

However, they could not repeat the feat in London to add a second trophy to their cabinet this term.
Despite not playing in the league this weekend, Blues were crowned champions on Saturday.
Wrexham’s goalless draw at Wigan leaves them 13 points adrift of the leaders with just four matches remaining.
Speaking after the loss to Peterborough, Davies admitted: “We’ve still got six games to go, within that there is a day I will savour where we will lift a trophy.
“What I want is performances and results we can be proud of. It’s been a bizarre weekend but once we take a step back it’s one we can reflect on.”
Meanwhile, Birmingham have six matches left to break League One’s record points total.
Blues are currently on 95 points from 40 matches after winning 29 times and losing on just three occasions.
Wolves currently hold the record after finishing the 2013/14 campaign on 103 points.
