Bronson Reed is still counting the cost of a major moment at Survivor Series as he left the ring in bad shape following the men’s War Games match.
The brutish Aussie was a relatively late addition to the main event of the show in Vancouver, joining forces with Solo Sikoa and the ‘new’ Bloodline.

They tangled in a hellish War Games main event saw them battle with Roman Reigns, The Usos and CM Punk, with the latter team coming out on top.
Few came away from the night unscathed, though, with Jimmy Uso, according to brother Jey, breaking his toe in the course of dishing out a giant splash in the frantic affair.
Reed, too, was left worse for wear having pulled off an unthinkable move of his own – leaping from the top of a steel cage in an attempt to wipe out Reigns.
The intriguing spot near the climax of the bout saw Punk haul Reigns out of harm’s way to continue their own storyline, leaving Reed to absorb the impact of the table he’d been lay on.
On the live broadcast itself the fall looked punishing enough, with the table understandably capitulating under the impact and leaving Reed in a heap and all but out of the match.
Alternative footage has since surfaced however, that show the move in a more devastating light.
Not one for the squeamish, one zoomed in perspective showed the mammoth grappler’s left ankle buckling on the impact, while a fan-captured video from further back in the arena showing it clearly folding as the as the 36-year-old felt the full force of the fall from a height of at least 15-20 feet.
Fans pondered the condition of the giant, one posting worriedly: “broken left foot?,” while another said: “That was terrifying.”
Another added: “Omg, did he break it?” While a fourth warned: “Big dudes should not be doing s*** like that.
WWE’s Chief Content Officer and Head of Creative, Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque faced the press after the show went off the air and addressed the status of those who’d competed at such ferocity.

“For the most part, our talent came away fairly unscathed,” said the multi-time former WWE Champion who now oversees all of the company’s on-screen output.
“We had a few minor things. Bronson Reed is in the other room getting looked at right now.
“He’s gonna be questionable for a few weeks, I think, after that splash off the top of the cage.”
Triple H’s verdict on Sunday night appeared to play down what looked to be an horrific landing for the former NXT North American Champion, which hopefully suggests the damage actually sustained is less than it might initially appear.
It will, at the very least, mean a brief respite from action for Reed, who posted a brief message in the aftermath of Survivor Series, saying on X: Injuries are temporary. “Moments are forever.”
The 2024 Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner initially wrestled in WWE between 2019 and 2021 before being released, returning months later.
Adelaide native Reed featured extensively on NXT before wrestling in Japan and Impact during his WWE hiatus, and has enjoyed a notable last few months with the company and has most recently been in a bitter feud with top star Seth Rollins.
