Nigeria B Team coach Daniel Ogunmode has summoned a provisional squad of 26 players to begin preparations ahead of the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
The team summoned will begin training on Monday, 6th January 2024 at Remo Stars Sports Institute.
It should be noted that Nigeria is returning to this tournament for the first time since 2018. The Super Eagles failed to qualify for the previous two editions (2020 and 2022).
To qualify for the 2024 edition, Nigeria eliminated neighbours Ghana 3-1 on aggregate.
The 2024 CHAN will be hosted by Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania between 1st -28th February 2024.
