Joey Bosa is free to sign with any NFL team.

Cheryl Bosa, the mom of the recently released Los Angeles Chargers linebacker, knows exactly which franchise her son should join.

“Can we get a petition going on bringing Joey to the Bay,” Cheryl posted on social media.

She included a grainy photo of the brothers during their college days at Ohio State.

Fans loved the idea, which could create a $240 million NFL family reunion in San Francisco.

The 29-year-old Joey has earned $142 million and made five Pro Bowls in his nine-year career.

The 27-year-old Nick, an edge rusher for the 49ers, has earned $101 million and also made five Pro Bowls.

“This will happen,” one fan wrote.

“Bosa dynasty?” a second fan said.

“He will be joining his brother in The Bay,” a third fan posted.

“Man. Imagine the 49ers signing him,” a fourth fan tweeted.

Nick is still one of the best defenders in the NFL.

He’s made four consecutive Pro Bowls and was named NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2022.

Joey also made the Pro Bowl for the Chargers last season, which made his release after nine years surprising to LA fans.

“A tough goodbye,” a fan wrote. “Bosa was a force for the Bolts.”

The 49ers are coming off a down year and hoping to improve on a 6-11 record.

The Chargers made the playoffs in year one under new head coach Jim Harbaugh, but were dominated by the Houston Texans 32-12 in an AFC Wild Card defeat.

A Bosa brothers reunion would give the 49ers a jolt on defense.

But San Francisco recently moved on from talented wide receiver Deebo Samuel, and it’s uncertain whether Joey will soon join Nick in The Bay.

The 49ers also have much bigger contracts to deal with, starting with quarterback Brock Purdy.

NFL free agency begins on Monday with the legal tampering window.
