Tottenham vs Ipswich prediction
Tottenham were hit for three in the first half against Galatasaray on Thursday evening away from home.
They did reply soon after the first to make it 1-1 but seemed to struggle to make chances in general.
If anything the 3-2 score line only flatters them more as they had just five shots and three found the target.
The Turkish outfit had as many as 28 shots and were helped by Will Lankshear being sent off on the hour mark.
Spurs will have a much better say of things against Ipswich though, facing a side in the league that have yet to win, drawn five and lost the other five.
It’s hard to fancy Ipswich to get something from this but it’s also tough continually siding against them as they do grind out tough draws too.
Facing a side who were in Europe just a few days before is also a benefit to them so it’s probably best not to focus on the result, especially against a Spurs side that alternate between winning and losing recently in the Premier League.

Tottenham vs Ipswich betting tip
Dominic Solanke didn’t start against Galatasaray but after being subbed on got a much needed goal with a focus on being clinical.
That will be needed against Ipswich, and the form he’s in he’s sure to add to his Spurs tally having got off the mark well for them now, the goals seem to be flowing.
Sam Morsy has picked up four yellow cards in just nine appearances and will need to tread carefully with suspensions looming.
But that didn’t stop him from picking up 14 last season in the Championship so a bet on the Egyptian international being carded, with cards prominent in this clash also looking like a value play.
- Dominic Solanke to score, over Over 49.5 booking pts at 15/8 on Betfred
- Sam Morsy to be carded & Solanke to score at 3/1 on Betfred
