Tyson Fury boasts a car collection worth millions yet he chooses to go about his day-to-day tasks in a humble Volkswagen Passat.
‘The Gypsy King’ is one of the highest-paid boxers of all time and has never been shy about flashing his cash.

It’s been reported that Fury pocketed a whopping £80m from his inaugural encounter with Oleksandr Usyk in May.
Meanwhile, his crossover clash with MMA star Francis Ngannou is said to have earned him around £40m.
Among other things, he’s used his boxing fortunes to buy a fleet of luxury supercars, valued at around £1.8m.
The pride and joys of his collection are a pair of Rolls Royce Phantom II’s worth £384,000 each, while he also owns a Ferrari GTC4lusso (£165,000) and a 2021 Ferrari Portofino M (£200,000).
There’s also a Porsche Taycan in his garage, which will have set him back around £150,000 as well as a 1993 Mini Cooper (£10,000) and a 2017 Range Rover Sport SVR complete with a custom camo paint job (£50,000).
But none of his luxury vehicles get driven as much as the 2006 Volkswagen Passat he picked up for £500.
Explaining his decision to drive the low-cost motor during an episode of Netflix’s hit show ‘At Home with the Fury’s’ he said: “When people see an old scrapper, worth less than your shoes on your feet, no gives a damn.
“They see a Lambo or a Ferrari and they’re like, ‘Who the hell is this? Let’s surround the car and take a picture’.
“So when I’m in this little car here, doing 50 to the gallon, get up!
“Ain’t no Conor McGregor here, no Floyd Mayweather here.

“Ain’t none of them bums here. I’m the GK [Gypsy King].
“King of the Chavs, we drive Passats. God, I’m such a legend. Ain’t I?”
Fury is clearly very fond of his Passat and even mentioned it in his retirement speech after knocking out Dillian Whyte in 2022.
“Every good dog has its day,” he said. “And I know Frank (Warren) will be unhappy about that. And Top Rank, there’s a lot of money to be earned.
“But, for me, I come from f*** all, I come from nothing. It’s never been about money, I’m not a money person.
“I drive around in an 07 Passat on 56-point diesel. I don’t care, I don’t care what I’ve got.
“It’s never been about money with me. I know a lot of people with money, big money – but none of them are happy.

“Not one of them. And I know money can’t make happiness. It’s not even been about belts with me, it’s not been about legacies.
“It’s not been about anything apart from punching a motherf****** face in on the night.
“That’s all it’s ever been about, excuse the language.
“All I ever want to do is win, money aside. Money is beautiful, it’s great. It’s great to be paid for what you do.”
His retirement was brief but he still drives his Passat to this day.
