Brazilian MMA star Jean Silva taunted Bryce Mitchell after leaving him sleeping on the canvas at UFC 314.

Silva had played with his American opponent for most of the main card bout, before finishing with a ninja choke just shy of the four-minute mark in round two.

After finishing his opponent off, Silva, who fights out of the popular Fighting Nerds gym in Brazil, stormed over to his lifeless opponent and barked in his face multiple times.

Both men had built up animosity between one another ahead of UFC 314, with several fans deeming it the people’s main event.

Mitchell had made controversial comments in January, so ‘Lord’ took matters into his own hands and called out ‘Thug Nasty’ after his fourth straight knockout in the UFC on month later

Their fight got off to an energetic start as Mitchell looked to keep the distance from Silva, who preferred to remain on the front foot.

Silva was showboating constantly with the crowd and displayed his impressive technique by throwing a spinning heel kick that just missed.

He then attempted an early submission after Mitchell attempted a takedown with less than one minute to go of the first round and nearly had his opponent out.

Mitchell escaped and the Miami crowd, who were in full voice for their American representative, roared before Silva finished the round initiating the clinch once again.

Almost immediately in the second round, ‘Lord’ caught Mitchell with a thunderous right hand that had him floored.

He allowed his opponent to get back to his feet, and Mitchell attempted to drag Silva to the floor once again but was consistently unsuccessful.

Mitchell was clearly getting tired as the clock ticked on and tried another takedown out of desperation when Silva had him hurt again.

All of a sudden, ‘Thug Nasty’ found himself once again on the canvas and Silva forced him to tap out.

“He choked him out, put him to sleep…broke him down and beat him at his own game,” UFC commentator Joe Rogan said after the bout.
