Kavumba Recreation Ground 4pm
URA will look to bounce back from their opening defeat to KCCA when they visit Soltilo Bright Stars at Kavumba Recreation grounds on Friday.
The tax collectors were beaten 1-0 by KCCA last week and are aware that they need to get off the mark on match day two.
In Bright Stars, they face a formidable opponent who also want to win after drawing 1-1 with Wakiso Giants in their league opener.
The four-time league winners are missing several key players including Shariph Kimbowa, Bright Vvuni, Rogers Omedwa, Justin Opiro, Ibrahim Wamannah and James Begisa among others through injury.
Others out are U-20 stars Denis Kisiriko, Godfrey Ssekibengo, Abdu Magada and Innocent Kisolo who are with the Hippos.
Alex Isabirye will rely on Moses Aliro, Ivan Ahimbisibwe and Joshua Lubwama among others to inspire his side past Joseph Mutyaba’s men who have Nelson Ssenkatuka, Noordin Bunjo and Marvin Youngman in their ranks.
Key Stats
In the last 17 meetings between the two sides, URA FC has won 7 times, lost 3 and drawn 7. Both fixtures last season ended in 1-1 draws.
Elsewhere on Friday, KCCA visit BUL at Lugazi stadium, Najjembe, Wakiso Giants are away to Maroons while Mbarara City host Police at Kakyeka.
