Wakiso Giants leaking defence is far from finding a solution after conceding more goals against URA FC on Wednesday at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium.

The Purple Sharks have had challenges at both ends of the pitch but the leakage of goals in their defence is even more worrying.

Today, the team shipped in three goals in the 3-0 defeat to URA FC, thus implying they have conceded nine in the last two games.

In fact, Wakiso Giants have conceded 17 goals in ten games, the highest any team has shipped in this season.

Both URA FC and Wakiso Giants came into today’s game on the back of losses to Vipers SC 2-0 And SC Villa 6-1 respectively.

However, it is URA FC who showed desire on the day with Godfrey Ssekibengo firing them into the lead, three minutes before the break.

Ivan Ahimbisibwe bagged a second half brace to complete the damage thus taking his goal tally to seven this season.

The result takes URA FC to fifth place on 14 points while Wakiso Giants FC drop to 13th position on nine points.
