Wakiso Hill appoint Frank Mulindwa as interim head coach

FUFA Women Super League outfit Wakiso Hill WFC has confirmed the appointment of a new coaching team.

The development was confirmed on Wednesday with Frank Mulindwa appointed as the interim head coach until the end of the season.

Mulindwa replaces Rogers Nkugwa who parted ways with the club two days ago.

Consequently, the club has also confirmed Mulindwa’s backroom bench that includes John Ssaka and Moses Tusubira ass first and second assistant coach respectively.

Other new appointments include; Tony Mutebi (Fitness Coach), Ibrahim Ssendawula (Goalkeeping Coach), Shafiq Kabogoza (Team Doctor) and Hajarah Ankunda (Kits Manager).

The Antelopes who are playing their second season in the top flight League have had a poor start and languish in the drop zone.

The team is currently second from bottom on 4 points from eight games and yet to win this season.

Mulindwa who is best known in schools football especially with Royal Giant High School and Masaza Cup ventures into a new environment of women’s football.

His immediate task will be to try and help Wakiso Hill WFC survive relegation.
