West Brom vs Burnley prediction
West Brom are actuall winless in their last five games against Burnley, in the league, since a 1-0 win back in August 2017.
However, three of those were draws which could be a great play in the betting given the odds.
But there is also value in adding these results to bet builders as the market only just has West Brom as the favourites but not comfortably so, as you’d usually see a strong favourite at home being odds-on.
The Championship is notoriously difficult to predict at times with top teams losing to teams well below them, but this sees a tough clash between 4th and 6th placed.
Somehow too, West Brom have drawn each of their last five games in the Championship including three goalless draws, twice at home.
In fact there’s only been five goals seen in their last six games as two ended in 1-1 draws and Boro walked away with a 1-0 away win.
Realistically, it’s best to go for a Burnley win given they have won six this season.
The Clarets have drawn as many as five this season but you’d have to think, surely there’s not another draw between these two sides.
West Brom vs Burnley betting tips
Burnley lost 1-0 to Millwall away from home last time out and face another tough away game here.
They lost narrowly, only through a great looping header from centre-back Jake Cooper.
They have the talent to win this game but so do West Brom, so they will have to dig deep and if either side win it will be their first in a few tries.
There’s unlikely to be many goals at least given the two side’s form coming into this.
Burnley have seen a 1-0, 0-0, 1-1 and 2-0 score lines most recently and so this Thursday night clash, which will probably need some goals probably won’t see more than a couple.
