He is aiming to get the Cowboys back to the Super Bowl and while doing that, he has plenty of eyes on him each week.
That means fans are paying close attention to him and they have noticed something unusual about his attire on the field.
Prescott has a special logo on his jersey and talkSPORT.com has taken a look at what it is and why he has it…
What is the logo on Dak Prescott’s jersey?
The logo represents the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year award.
It features the shape of the Walter Payton trophy and is stitched into the left-hand side of Prescott’s jersey.
The award is named after Payton who played for the Chicago Bears from 1975-1978 and is widely regarded as one of the best players ever.
It is given to stars who not only make a difference on-field but also off it, taking into account everything they do for the sport.
Prescott won the honour in 2022 for his ‘community service off the field, as well as his excellence on the field’.
And therefore, he is allowed to have the patch on his jersey during the season.
He is permitted to have it on his jersey after the NFL created a rule in 2017 to allow players who win the special award to wear the patch in-game to bring some attention to it.

The league was keen to get some more eyes on what they consider to be their ‘most prestigious’ award and honour the winners.
Commissioner Roger Goodell said: “The Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year award is the league’s most prestigious honour given annually to the player who best represents the greatness and compassion of Walter Payton on and off the field.
“These 32 outstanding men [every team has a nominee] are making a valuable difference in their communities every day and we are proud to celebrate their special gifts and humanitarianism.”
