Jake Paul and KSI have been bitter rivals for a long time, but as of yet, they haven’t settled their differences in the boxing ring.
The two YouTube sensations have been on a collision course for over half a decade as the two poster boys for the explosion of social media boxing.
KSI and Paul will surely settle everything in the ring one day
Joe Weller and Theo Baker’s matchup in a gym in August 2017 was the first of the influencer boxing to make waves on these shores.
But it wasn’t until KSI fought YouTube rival Weller months later in February 2018 for a white-collar bout that the sport began to grow.
The 31-year-old stopped Weller in the third round of their contest and then called out American YouTube brothers Jake and Logan Paul.
It was older brother Logan who accepted the challenge, with Jake instead beating KSI’s younger brother Deji on the same card.
KSI – who drew to Logan in their first meeting before emerging victorious in the professional ranks for the rematch – has since gone into business with the now-WWE star.
Yet the rivalry with Jake Paul has only festered following years of social media barbs, and everyone wants the pair to finally get it on.
But in reality, it’s not looking like they will ever meet…
Will KSI vs Jake Paul ever happen?
As of yet, there has been no official fight date pencilled in.
But KSI did call for a fight to happen in December 2024.
However, Paul is instead set to face Mike Tyson in November after the initial bout with the 58-year-old was postponed due to concerns over Tyson’s health.
KSI boasts a 5-1-1 record with his only loss coming against FuryGetty
When the fight against the boxing icon was initially cancelled, Paul desperately tried to find a replacement.
This saw him publicly ask KSI to step in, only to be told by the Londoner that he had an alternative fight arranged.
He was planning to Slim Albaher and Anthony Taylor in a two versus one bout, but he was forced to pull out of it through injury.
It still meant Paul had to take on Mike Perry as a warm-up for the huge fight against Tyson instead.
Paul demolished Perry and won by KO after knocking his opponent down three times during the fight.
And now he’s set to take on Tyson, meaning that the fight with KSI definitely won’t be happening in 2024.
Should Paul win, he’s likely to continue on his professional path and take on some more stars in boxing.
That makes KSI coming up against him very unlikely, considering he hasn’t fought since losing to Tommy Fury in 2023.
If Paul loses, he may consider going back to influencer-based boxing to take on KSI.
But still, their arguments about weight classes and dates will continue and therefore we may never see the fight.

KSI vs Jake Paul: What has been said?
On a recent episode of Paul’s brother Logan’s podcast ‘Impaulsive’, he was joined by KSI and YouTuber Mr Beast.
Discussions between the business partners eventually made their way to boxing, with Logan asking KSI if he was still participating in boxing at all.
He said to KSI, who last fought in 2023: “Are you still boxing?”
To which the YouTuber-turned-boxer replied: “Yes.”
Questioning then quickly turned to whether he would be boxing Jake, but KSI abruptly said no in his most recent comment on the matter.
He then questioned Logan about when it could happen and Jake’s brother seemed to know nothing, asking: “I’ll be honest with you, what the hell is going on?”
KSI explained: “I think it’s literally to do with the weight because right now he’s fighting Mike Tyson.
“I’ve got a weight – 125kg… Jake wants 200kg.”
